WELCOME LETTERS 2022

On behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I welcome participants and guests of the 28th Kazakhstan International Building and Interior Exhibition - KazBuild 2022 and the 14th International Exhibition for Domestic and Industrial Heating, Water Supply, Sanitary, Air-Conditioning, Ventilation Equipment - Aquatherm Almaty 2022.

For the building community, the KazBuild and Aquatherm Almaty exhibitions have long become a traditional place for meeting to get acquainted with domestic and foreign achievements in the field of urban planning and construction, building and finishing materials, as well as engineering equipment for buildings and structures.

Undoubtedly, the construction industry occupies one of the main positions in the structure of the economy of Kazakhstan and has a significant impact on its development. To date, a single construction portal “e-Qyrylys” has been introduced, which allows improving the quality of construction of buildings and structures.

I am convinced that the holding of exhibitions, a rich business program will contribute to the further development of the Kazakhstani market of building materials, the heating and ventilation, plumbing and sewerage sector and energy efficient solutions in today’s economic conditions.

I wish all participants, guests and organizers of the exhibitions new interesting meetings, productive decisions on the most difficult tasks facing the urban planning industry!

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

On my own behalf and on behalf of the Almaty Department of Entrepreneurship and Investment (hereinafter, the Department), I welcome the participants and guests to the 28th Kazakhstan International Construction and Interiors Exhibition KazBuild 2022.

The construction industry in Kazakhstan, like in many countries, has been intensively developing over the past few years, which contributes to the growth (more than threefold) of production of a variety of building materials and the volume of construction. In the republic, almost 2 thousand enterprises with more than 29 thousand employees are engaged in the production of construction products. Only in the near future 69 construction projects are planned in the southern capital. By the end of this year, it is planned to create 350 jobs through the commissioning of six facilities. In total, it is expected that there will be about 7.5 thousand positions.

We are pleased that in Almaty, at KazBuild, local manufacturers and foreign exhibitors have the opportunity to share best practices, present practical solutions and new technologies that can later become an example of the successful application of scientific and technological advances in the construction industry in our city.

The Almaty Department of Entrepreneurship and Investment traditionally supports KazBuild as a unified business platform, during which current issues and ways for their effective solutions are raised, construction industry trends and opportunities for further communication with the international community.

Undoubtedly, the exhibition organization for the construction industry is a reliable tool to keep up with the current realities, to analyze the current situation in the industry and effectively build communication between participants of the construction market.
