Construction complex plays one of the most important roles in the economy of Kazakhstan. The construction complex development is one of the key indicators of economic development of the country, as well as an important condition for the implementation of the State program for industrial and innovative development of Kazakhstan for 2015-2019 years.
Active use of innovative technologies, modernization and technological development of the industrial base in the area of construction and finishing materials promotes the competitiveness of products and makes the sector attractive for investments.
The interaction between the state and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in implementation of innovative technologies in production is extremely important.
Specialized exhibitions such as KazBuild 2016 and Aquatherm Almaty 2016 are efficient platform to demonstrate innovative products and technologies, to meet representatives of regions and leaders of industry, they also give huge opportunities to find new forms of cooperation and create a foundation for further business development.

On behalf of the Local Administration of Almaty let me welcome the participants and guests of the 23rd Kazakhstan International Construction Exhibition KazBuild 2016. Currently, there is concentration process in the construction business in Kazakhstan, which has a beneficial effect on the development of the industry in the long term. Infrastructure construction and restoration of residential buildings, as well as improving housing affordability for citizens increase employment rates in the construction sector and enable the construction industry to grow. The Government supports the financing of considerable part of building works in the framework of the government programs, actively attracts investments to the industry.
Exhibitions in the construction industry gain a very special status due to the current economic situation. They give a clear idea of which of the companies “stay afloat”, and which one left the market, which market niche is free, and how to plan the strategy and tactics in the new reality. At KazBuild Exhibition the latest achievements of modern construction industry are constantly introduced.Industry experts discuss current issues of construction here and develop a joint approach to solving urgent problems.
I wish all participants of the exhibition fruitful work in strengthening and developing the industry efficiently, productive exchange of experience with colleagues, new partners and to strengthen professional relationships.

Construction complex is one of the basic industries of Kazakhstan that faces a number of serious economic and social issues, the solution of which largely affects the improvement of social and economic situation in the Republic as a whole, and in individual regions. In particular, the construction of industrial and civil facilities contributes to the number of jobs and improve the welfare of citizens.
KazBuild and Aquatherm Almaty Exhibitions are the largest in size and the number of participants in the field of construction expo-events in Central Asia, which annually attract professionals of the construction sector and HVAC industry, designers and architects from around the world, thus establishing a direct dialogue and exchange of expertise and experience.
I am sure that this year’s KazBuild and Aquatherm Almaty Exhibitions will become an effective working tool to support and expand cooperation of Kazakhstan and foreign construction companies, as well as will contribute to the further development of the industry and solution of strategic tasks facing today the building complex of the Republic.

Kaz Build Almaty 2016 has become one of the most significant events in the construction industry of Kazakhstan. AquaTherm Almaty 2016 remains the main platform in Kazakhstan for stakeholder customers and manufacturers, where you can learn about the sector of heating and ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and sanitary ware. I’d like to personally welcome each of you to the China Pavilion at KazBuild in Hall 9C.
I am proud to announce that as the first time of taking cooperation with ITE Group Plc., China Pavilion at KazBuild has attracted almost 100 exhibitors from China, showcasing their the latest products in Hall 9C.

On behalf of the organizers we are glad to welcome participants and guests of the 23rd Kazakhstan International Exhibition for Construction and Interiors – KazBuild 2016!
Despite the changes in the world economy, the construction industry remains one of the most priority and fast growing, which in turn determines the demand for new materials, technologies, and delivery of high-quality materials. Also, the competition among the manufacturers and distributors of building materials is increasing.
This trend is also reflected in the KazBuild exhibition. Today, 66% out of more than 300 exhibitors will be represented for the first time and more than 45% of companies will present their products in Kazakhstan for the first time. Despite the annual participation in the exhibition each exhibitor is trying to introduce something new for the modern market of building materials. The visitors of the exhibition, in their turn, are looking for new items, but at the same time they are assessing the condition of suppliers in the market and choosing the most stable partners.
Manufacturers from 24 world countries will be represented at KazBuild 2016. The following countries will come with National Stands: Germany, Italy, the UAE, Iran, South Korea. The National Stand of China occupies separate pavilion, representing about 100 companies.
