Annually, Aditim supplies more than 70,000 tons of raw materials for polymer processing. Own production of thermal insulation profile in the Kaluga region. The product line is designed to optimally solve problems in the field of energy-efficient glazing of buildings using aluminum systems. The presence of our own laboratory provides an opportunity to check the effectiveness of our formulations, select raw materials and test finished products.

In 2021, Aditim opened a representative office and warehouse in the Republic of Kazakhstan - Aditim Kazakhstan LLP to develop partnership relations with customers in Central Asia. Aditim 1

- The Thermevo polyamide thermal insert has been manufactured since 2019 at the Aditim plant in the Kaluga region. Made of glass-filled polyamide PA66 (with 25% fiberglass), Thermevo provides not only strength, but also excellent insulation, dividing the profile into “cold outer” and “warm inner” zones, minimizing heat transfer. Due to its resistance to high temperatures during powder coating, Thermevo is ideal for all conditions.

- Silver-gray Adifoam profile made of foamed polyethylene with closed pores is recommended for folding double-glazed windows of any window, door and facade systems, in aluminum systems between thermal inserts and in hollow chambers of plastic systems. AdIFoam has a volumetric density from 25 to 40 kg/m³, is characterized by elasticity and low residual deformation, low thermal conductivity (0.038 W/mK), excellent resistance to atmospheric influences and chemical inertness. The profile does not support combustion, is non-hygroscopic, odorless and environmentally neutral (can be granulated and reused).

- Timberal-Profiles PVC thermal insulator is designed and manufactured in Russia. It is optimal for difficult climatic conditions. A thermal bridge made of impact-resistant PVC for aluminum facade systems reduces the heat transfer coefficient by reducing convection in the profile chamber. In addition, this thermal insulator helps to discharge condensate, and also protects the double-glazed window from excessive mechanical loads. Due to the increased strength characteristics and high quality, the Timberal-Profiles thermal insulator is the optimal solution for difficult climatic conditions. It does not exclude the possibility of installation in the cold season.

- Adicord foaming cord has changed the usual production technologies of insulated window systems. A flexible cord, which includes special agents that foam under the influence of temperature in the painting chamber. As a result, the material fills the profile chamber completely, without air bubbles, evenly. It is used to reduce the heat transfer coefficient of the profile system, which improves the energy efficiency of the window unit as a whole. AdiCord is very technologically advanced and convenient to transport and store.

- Fire protection gratings - Fire protection air gratings are made of a thermoplastic profile filled with thermally expanding PALUSOL strips. They are installed in metal doors in evacuation exits, in walls, gates. At normal ambient temperatures, they ensure free air circulation through walls, partitions and doors. In case of fire, under the influence of fire and elevated temperatures, the grating plates swell, close and prevent the passage of fire, smoke and hot gases from one room to another.
