TECHNOLOGICAL LINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF INSULATION BOARDS MADE OF BASALT WOOL

Frýdlantské strojírny TR s.r.o. is a Czech engineering company specializing in the design and manufacturing of technological lines for the production of basalt mineral wool insulation boards. The company was established to implement projects in Eastern markets and builds on more than 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering.

Frýdlantské strojírny TR s.r.o. develops and supplies fully automated production lines covering the entire process of basalt rock transformation — from raw material loading, melting, and fiberizing to mineral mat forming, pressing, curing in polymerization chambers, longitudinal, cross, and thickness cutting, automatic stacking, and shrink-wrapping of the final product.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All key components of the lines are manufactured either at the in-house facilities of Frýdlantské strojírny – Rasl a syn or in cooperation with certified European partners, ensuring high European quality and technical reliability. The company continues to successfully implement projects across Europe, Asia, and the CIS countries.

Frýdlantské strojírny TR s.r.o. is actively seeking to expand its partner network and welcomes cooperation with new customers — including investors planning to launch production of modern thermal insulation materials, companies interested in upgrading existing production lines, as well as manufacturers of sandwich panels using mineral wool as a core material.
