KAZBUILD 2021: POSSIBILITIES OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT IN TERMS OF NEW REALITIES.

The ambitious start of the autumn 2021 exhibition season will be the 27th Kazakhstan International Building and Interiors KazBuild Exhibition, which will be held on September 7-9, 2021 at the Atakent Exhibition Center.

Over 26 years of operation, the exhibition has established itself as an effective tool for promoting products and services in the construction market of Kazakhstan, and has become a clear indicator of the current state of affairs in the industry. According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the growth rate of the construction industry for the period January-June 2021 to the same period in 2020 is 112% (https://stat.gov.kz/).
 Despite the negative pandemic effect, the construction industry continues its active development, shows stable growth and positive development dynamics, and also remains one of the fastest transforming industries in the country.

The development of the construction industry plays a decisive role in increasing international business interest in cooperation with the Republic of Kazakhstan, expanding business ties and entering new markets.
 This is confirmed by the annual participation in the exposition of the National Group from Germany and the Collective stands of 29 manufacturers of building and finishing materials from 10 regions of Russia.
 The National Stand of Slovakia will be presented for the first time. It will include the participants of 6 successful manufacturers of Slovakia with innovative potential.

During the three days of the exhibition, representatives of government agencies, experts from specialized associations and industry unions, professionals from domestic and foreign construction companies will talk about the development of the construction industry in new conditions, current transformations of the industry, new development priorities.

Visitors to KazBuild 2021 will have an extensive business program that will be useful to the entire construction business community. This year, the content program includes seminars and master classes from the Association of Architects, the School of Designers and other professional participants in the construction industry of Kazakhstan.

• September 7: The KAZGOR Design Academy will introduce visitors to the methods of successful BIM implementation in design organizations.
• September 8: The Union of Architects of Kazakhstan will tell about the current activities of the Union and introduce the audience to the latest architectural solutions in Kazakhstan.
• September 9: We will talk about modern design trends with the professionals of the School of Design.

On the same platform, the 13th International Exhibition for Domestic and Industrial Equipment for Heating, Water Supply, Sanitary, Air-Conditioning and Ventilation Equipment Aquatherm Almaty 2021 will be held during the same period.

The organizer of the event is the Iteca Kazakhstan Exhibition Company. The partner of the construction and interior exhibition KazBuild 2021 is the SARIO Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency. Annually, the official support for the events is provided by the Akimat of the city of Almaty.
 The event is also supported by professional associations of Kazakhstan:
